All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
Keep in mind that we don’t ship orders to Cuba, Iran, and North Korea
What is your return policy?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
What if I entered a wrong address?
If the address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the us then we’ll contact you for an updated address. We will reship the order at your expense. However, the packages are sometimes not returned to the sender. In this case, you would have to process a new order to replace the original.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
We’ll ask for photo verification of the damaged goods, then we’ll gladly send a replacement.
What if I have ordered the wrong size?
We only produce the items after order is placed. If the order is not yet fulfilled and shipped we can change the size for you. Unfortunately if you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered you will need to place a new order.
(We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or size exchanges ~ sorry)
